  Autumn I chose the picture of autumn because it could possibly represent the habitat of the parrots and the colours kind of match the usual colours of a parrot. I enjoyed this task very much because it was very creative and it let me pick what I wanted but still I was allowed to do what I wanted to do( I had creative freedom).  Layer Test Transform Test

 Task 1: The Water Aid advert communicates meaning to an audience through the use of a symbolic media code. The child in the picture is being shown to the audience to make us feel sympathetic for them so that Water Aid can receive donations from the public to support their cause. The text ' Dig toilets Not graves ' is the only text and is in big letters which could be there to make sure that the audience can see it and feel bad for the people/children and want to help them, the text could also try to connote that without having access to clean water many people are suffering and or dying due to not having sufficient water. The producer's message could be to communicate that this situation is dire and the children are suffering .   Language: We know that this is a film poster because the poster has Disney all over it showing us that this is a Disney production and this isn't a scene from the show meaning they made the picture jut so people could see who is in the show and what it is about.  The key conventions of a film poster is that it has a picture of the protagonist/s on the front and a setting in the back which shows the audience where the movie has taken place and in this example it shows a lot of clouds which can tell us that a lot of this series is based in the sky .
